RateMyAgent Marketing

Overview

This body of work represents my prior role in creating marketing and ERM (Email Relationship Marketing) design collateral for RateMyAgent — a leading platform connecting real estate agents with prospective clients across Australia and New Zealand. I collaborated closely with the sales and account management teams to design bespoke social media marketing campaigns for top-performing real estate agents. Each campaign was tailored to align with both RateMyAgent’s branding and the agent’s own agency identity, resulting in high-impact visuals that drove engagement and strengthened brand trust.

Aim

The goal of this work was to deliver visually compelling, conversion-focused marketing campaigns that elevated agents’ profiles while maintaining the professional standards expected within the real estate industry. For RateMyAgent’s internal marketing, the objective was to produce consistent and dynamic ERM designs that communicated promotions, offers, and brand messaging clearly and effectively. Every piece needed to reinforce brand credibility, increase campaign performance, and support long-term client relationships.

Process & Methodologies

All design work began from Airtable ticket briefs, where I received detailed campaign requirements and client specifications. From there, I collaborated directly with account managers and sales representatives to clarify objectives, define visual direction, and ensure the final creative aligned with each agent’s tone and target market.

I used Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator as the main tools for concept development and production. My process involved:

  • Researching each agent’s agency brand guidelines and visual style.

  • Translating marketing objectives into clean, conversion-oriented layouts optimized for social media platforms.

  • Applying RateMyAgent’s color palette, typography, and tone in a way that complemented the agent’s personal brand.

  • Iterating designs based on feedback from both the internal team and clients to refine final deliverables.

This workflow also extended to company-wide ERM campaigns, where I designed marketing assets and layouts for RateMyAgent’s own outreach initiatives — including email templates, promotional graphics, and landing pages used across digital channels.
