Overview

This project was a sci-fi fantasy superhero movie poster designed for the Promoter department at RateMyAgent. Created as a passion project, the poster celebrated the team by reimagining them as powerful intergalactic heroes united under one banner. Using a combination of AI and traditional design tools, I built a cinematic composition that highlighted both the individuality of each member and the collective strength of the department. The final piece was so well-received that it was framed and displayed in the Promoter office, and other departments later requested similar artwork.

Aim

The goal was to create a striking, larger-than-life poster that captured the spirit, unity, and determination of the Promoter team. Beyond just a fun creative exercise, the artwork was intended to inspire pride, camaraderie, and a sense of epic identity within the department. It needed to feel authentic to the superhero genre while also being personal and meaningful to the people it represented.

Process & Methodologies

I began by generating individual components and character concepts using Adobe Firefly, experimenting with sci-fi and fantasy superhero motifs. Each team member’s likeness was then carefully integrated onto their character using a mix of AI outputs and detailed Photoshop editing, ensuring both recognizability and a cinematic finish.

The workflow combined multiple tools:

Photoshop for compositing, retouching, and adding atmosphere.
Illustrator for vector details and graphic enhancements.
Figma for layout refinements, typography, and final presentation.

The design process involved balancing realism with stylization—maintaining the essence of each team member while enhancing their heroic persona. Dramatic lighting, galactic backgrounds, and bold typography completed the cinematic look, evoking the feel of an authentic blockbuster movie poster.
